Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: PKR 30,000 + Attractive Commission (Up to PKR 100,000 on Sales)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales or marketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

What We Offer:
Fixed Salary: PKR 30,000 per month
Commission: Up to PKR 100,000 based on sales performance
