Act as a
strategic partner
to corporate functions, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational performance, enhance culture, and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
Responsibilitie
- sCollaborate with functional heads to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategies
- .Provide data-driven insights for workforce planning, succession management, and talent development
- .Drive organizational change initiatives to support business transformation
- .Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of critical roles
- .Develop competency-based hiring profiles for corporate roles
- .Oversee structured onboarding for corporate hires to accelerate integration
- .Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration sessions
- .Partner with managers to create a high-engagement work environment
- .Partner with L&D to deliver leadership and functional skill-building programs
- .Use analytics to recommend continuous improvement in HR services
