Responsibilitie

  • .Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment of critical roles
  • .Develop competency-based hiring profiles for corporate roles
  • .Oversee structured onboarding for corporate hires to accelerate integration
  • .Facilitate goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration sessions
  • .Partner with managers to create a high-engagement work environment
  • .Partner with L&D to deliver leadership and functional skill-building programs
  • .Use analytics to recommend continuous improvement in HR services
