Hiring: Technical Sales Representative — Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd.

Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and technically strong Technical Sales Representative who can convert marketing-generated leads into successful sales. If you have the confidence to communicate with customers and the technical background to guide them properly — this role is for you

Work Mode:

Remote (Only initial training at the company office — I-9 Islamabad)

Compensation:

Basic Salary: 20,000 PKR

+ Attractive Commission per Sale (High Earning Potential)

Job Responsibilities

  • Call and engage with customers from the leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Explain technical details of EV batteries, solar batteries, BMS, and related products.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through professional communication.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested clients and close deals confidently.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and update the team on daily progress.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Engineering degree preferred in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Must be technically confident in understanding battery systems and solar solutions.
  • Ability to explain product features in simple and clear language.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Can work independently while meeting sales targets.
