DCS Boardman

Position Summary:

Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing plant operations through the DCS to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant processes through the Distributed Control System.
• Maintain optimal operating parameters and adjust controls as needed.
• Respond promptly to alarms, process deviations, and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with field operators for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift reports.
• Follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or relevant field).
• 3–5 years' experience in a process industry with DCS operations.
• Strong understanding of plant safety protocols and process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with automation and instrumentation systems.
