Job Role:

·       Ensure that business processes within the ERP system comply with internal policies, industry regulations

·       Conduct regular audits within the ERP system to track data integrity, compliance with business rules, and user activity.

·       Review and document ERP workflows and processes to ensure alignment with compliance standards and industry best practices.

·       Provide training to employees on the proper use of ERP systems to ensure compliance with business processes, including handling sensitive data and following prescribed workflows.

·       The Business Process Compliance Executive ensures that CRM, Procurement, and Logistics processes within the ERP system comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards through regular audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.

Qualification:

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

·       Professional certifications in compliance are a plus.

·       Hand on experience in using EPR
