Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in
    client acquisition, lead generation, or business development
    , preferably in IT/software services.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and other client-sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales/acquisition targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in selling services like
    Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Chatbots, or AI/ML solutions
    .
  • Strong appreciation for building long-term client relationships.
