We're Hiring: Social Media Specialist.

Are you a creative strategist with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling? We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team and shape the digital voice of our brand across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to ensure brand relevance
  • Engage with our online community—managing comments, DMs, and interactions
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on data insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain brand consistency
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of proven experience managing social media professionally
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills (design/video editing is a plus)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform

Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep us relevant

Engage with our online community and manage DMs, comments, and customer interactions

  • Excellent understanding of brand tone, audience engagement, and platform algorithms
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and ad budgets
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Experience with influencer partnerships or brand collaborations

Location: On-site – DHA Phase 6 (Bukhari), Karachi, Pakistan

Timing: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP
