Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teaching Faculty position located in Quetta, Baluchistan. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for delivering dynamic, student-centered instruction aligned with our play-based and inquiry-driven curriculum. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, facilitating engaging classroom activities, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. As a collaborative educator, you will work closely with colleagues to create positive educational experiences that inspire critical thinking and lifelong learning in students.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching abilities rooted in progressive education practices, with excellent skills in lesson planning and curriculum implementation.
- Proficiency in building an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and critical thinking.
- Capabilities in assessing student learning outcomes, providing constructive feedback, and supporting diverse learning needs.
- Team collaboration, communication skills, and adaptability to work effectively within a dynamic and innovative education system.
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in K–12 environments, and familiarity with inquiry-based teaching methodologies is highly regarded.
- Enthusiasm for instilling lifelong learning habits, ethical values, and critical thinking skills in students.
