Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Branch Manager for our Faisalabad campus. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campus operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational services, and driving growth and development in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management:
• Provide strong leadership to the campus team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Manage and mentor staff members, including academic and administrative personnel, to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve campus goals and targets, in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, including scheduling, facilities management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities, including financial planning, expense control, and revenue generation initiatives.
• Student Engagement and Support:
• Champion student success initiatives, promoting engagement, retention, and satisfaction among students.
• Address student inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the student experience.
• Collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement student support services, such as counseling, tutoring, and career guidance.
• Business Development and Growth:
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of campus programs and services, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to enhance the campus's reputation and reach.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract prospective students and increase enrollment numbers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in educational management, preferably in a managerial role within the education sector.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of academic operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve results in a competitive market environment.
• Knowledge of the local education landscape and industry trends in Faisalabad is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and uphold the values and ethos of Peak Solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faisalabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
