Experienced Education Counselor for Ireland and Germany

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Education Counselor specializing in Ireland and germany study destinations. The ideal candidate will guide students throughout the admissions process — from course selection to visa filing — while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of university requirements, scholarships, and visa policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study options in Ireland and Germany, including suitable universities, programs, and career pathways.
  • Handle end-to-end admissions: application submission, document review, SOP guidance, and follow-up with universities.
  • Stay updated on admission intakes, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa regulations for both destinations.
  • Conduct student assessments to identify academic background, interests, and financial capacity for course matching.
  • Assist students with visa documentation and interview preparation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and recruitment partners.
  • Manage leads from walk-ins, calls, social media, and events effectively.
  • Participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote Ireland/Germany study programs.
  • Maintain accurate student records and follow up through CRM or internal databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Education, Business, or a related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant counseling experience for Ireland/Germany.
  • Strong understanding of admission procedures, visa requirements, and university systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet counseling targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a reputable education consultancy.
  • Ability to handle student queries professionally and build trust.
