As we expand, we're looking to bring on a talented SEO Expert to join our in-house team and lead organic growth efforts across multiple projects.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Expert with 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a marketing agency environment. This is a full-time, in-house role at VirtualRep, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative office setting and can confidently lead SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of Local SEO, strategic thinking abilities, and be proficient in tools like Ubersuggest, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and execute end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to each project's business goals.

* Conduct in-depth SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page, local) and develop implementation plans.

* Lead Local SEO efforts including Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, and location-based content.

* Perform detailed keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis using tools such as Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Google Keyword Planner.

* Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all projects.

* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.

* Deliver weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with clear insights and data-driven action plans.

* Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments to refine strategies as needed.

* Help build and maintain high-quality backlink profiles through ethical link-building practices.

* Communicate SEO priorities clearly to internal stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

* 3–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a marketing agency.

* Deep understanding and practical experience in Local SEO for service-based and multi-location businesses.

* Strong expertise in using SEO tools: Ubersuggest, Google Analytics & Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

* Proven experience conducting full technical and content audits.

* Solid grasp of on-page optimization, content structure, and link-building strategies.

* Strong communication and analytical skills.

* Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other popular CMS platforms.

* Comfortable working in an in-house team environment with project-based collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
