We're Hiring | Shift Supervisor – Mechanical

Location: Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Education: B-Tech in Mechanical or related field

We're looking for a Shift Supervisor – Mechanical who will lead shift operations, ensure machinery efficiency, and drive safety and maintenance excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Supervise shift activities ensuring smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults swiftly.
  • Communicate shift updates and pending tasks clearly to relievers.
  • Maintain logs, checklists, and key documentation.
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and equipment readiness.
  • Follow & enforce mechanical SOPs, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Propose and implement ideas to boost operational efficiency.
  • Handle hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance.

What we expect:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a packaging or manufacturing setup.
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative and ownership of shift operations.
