Hiring: Oil Refining & Marketing Expert (SPPS-III)

The Ministry of Energy – Petroleum Division is seeking an
Oil Refining & Marketing Expert (SPPS-III)
to provide strategic and technical advisory services on refining operations, downstream infrastructure, petroleum supply chains, and market regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and advise on refinery operations, modernization, and compliance with international standards.
• Provide input on downstream policies including pricing, imports/exports, and environmental standards.
• Evaluate investment proposals for refinery projects and associated infrastructure.
• Analyze petroleum supply chains and identify gaps for efficiency and resilience.
• Engage with industry stakeholders and support PPPs and foreign investment.

Eligibility:

• Master's in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in oil refining, supply chain, marketing, or downstream project development.
• Strong knowledge of refining processes, fuel specifications, and petroleum economics.
• Remuneration:
  Market-competitive package under SPPS-III scale.
