Role Description

The Uso role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing superior customer service, assisting clients with banking transactions, and promoting Shari'ah-compliant financial products. Key tasks include handling customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of banking transactions, and supporting branch operations. The Uso will work closely with customers to address their financial needs, maintain strong relationships, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Adherence to the Bank's Shari'ah principles and operational guidelines is a critical part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Understanding of banking operations, including transaction processing, account services, and financial product promotion.
  • Knowledge of Islamic banking principles and Shari'ah-compliant financial solutions is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on achieving organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and digital systems; familiarity with Core Banking Software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle daily banking operations efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the banking sector is an advantage.
