  • Own and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) with content support from marketing
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and inbound follow-up
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to understand their needs and position our services effectively
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, including tracking in CRM and reporting progress
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales team to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Work with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles and iterate outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback to marketing on campaign effectiveness and market sentiment
  • Meet monthly targets for meetings booked, pipeline generated, and closed opportunities
Requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development in a B2B consulting or IT services environment
  • Proven success in selling to clients in North America and/or Europe
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with outbound email tools (e.g. Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems
  • Capable of running structured discovery conversations and identifying client pain points
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently while being part of a collaborative team
  • Preferred experience selling services in Data & AI, Cloud Engineering (Azure/AWS), or Enterprise Software
  • Preferred familiarity with modern prospecting techniques (cold outreach, account-based marketing, LinkedIn selling)
  • Preffered exposure to consultative sales methodology (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
