Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Officer located in Faisalabad. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, including institute selection, interview and English test preparation, visa application submission, and providing pre-departure and post-arrival guidance. The role involves direct interaction with students to assess their needs, offering personalized advice and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of International Admissions processes
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Background in Education or related services
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
