Premium Work Solution is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support & Client Relations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time customer support via live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist clients in navigating services, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every step.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls for client communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer support systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support, Client Handling, or Call Center/Live Chat roles (preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident in handling phone conversations with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools, CRMs, or live chat systems is a plus.
