We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Wholesale Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying profitable wholesale products, managing supplier and brand relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring smooth Amazon operations.

Key Responsibilities:Product Research & Analysis

  • Identify profitable wholesale products using tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, Helium10, etc.
  • Analyze product demand, competition, ROI, profit margins, and sales rank.
  • Prepare detailed product lists with accurate calculations.

Supplier & Brand Sourcing

  • Find reliable wholesale suppliers, distributors, and brands in the USA/UK markets.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and terms with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain direct partnerships with brands for authorized reselling.
  • Request and evaluate price lists, catalogs, and product availability.

Amazon Operations

  • List and manage wholesale products on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Monitor inventory levels, pricing changes, and competitor activities.
  • Work with the team on replenishment strategies and forecasting.

Account Management Support

  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies for wholesale operations.
  • Resolve listing issues, alerts, and account health concerns.
  • Track product performance, sales data, and profitability.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of suppliers, brands, price lists, lead times, and order history.
  • Share daily/weekly reports on research, potential products, and supplier/brand communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Wholesale Specialist / Amazon VA.
  • Strong understanding of the Wholesale FBA model.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Keepa, SAS, Jungle Scout, Helium10, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working directly with brands for partnerships or authorized reseller agreements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience contacting US/UK suppliers and brands.
  • Knowledge of brand approvals and ungating.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
