• Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between Unisystem and Finastra teams
• Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc.
• Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration
• Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc.
• Support Bank's SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc
• Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds. Support production upgrades.
• Participate in walk-through of documentation (Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications,Use Cases)
