Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at EFU Life Assurance - Karachi Crescent Zone. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable EFU Life Assurance products. The role involves providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining records of client interactions. The Salesperson will work directly with clients to ensure a tailored fit of products to meet their financial security needs. Additionally, the Salesperson will be expected to participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Using Sales and CRM Software
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
