Job Description: Mid-Level Front-End(React) Developer

We are seeking a 
Mid-Level Front-End Developer
 with strong expertise in 
React
 to design, build, and optimize responsive web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. This role is best suited for someone who not only excels in frontend development but is also motivated to expand into full-stack responsibilities over time.

Location & Working Hours

  • Location:
     Remote
  • Working Hours:
     01:00 PM – 09:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time (09:00 AM – 05:30 PM UK Time)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 
    React-based user interfaces
     for web and mobile applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring mockups and prototypes to life
  • Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs
  • Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices
  • Communicate effectively in 
    English
     with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Take initiative in learning and contributing to backend technologies , APIs, databases) to grow toward a full-stack role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5 years' professional experience
     in frontend development
  • Strong proficiency in 
    React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of state management
     (Redux, Context API, or similar)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend systems
  • Familiarity with 
    version control (Git)
    , build tools, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent English communication skills
     — verbal, written, and documentation
  • Bonus: Experience with 
    TypeScript, React Native, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), or basic backend knowledge , SQL/NoSQL)
