About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representatives to join our team for our UK campaign. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing UK-based customers.
  • Promote and sell products/services over the phone.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales or call center experience (UK campaign preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or UK accent is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office).
  • Flexible with shift timings (UK working hours).
