Position Details:

  • Position: MERN Stack Developer
  • Experience: 1 – 2 Years
  • Location: Hybrid (Middle East Time Zone)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Interview Process: Two-Stage (Technical + Client Round)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React JS, , and NodeJS
  • Contribute to building reusable components and ensure code quality through best practices.
  • Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support cross-platform functionality.
  • Develop responsive and high-performing UIs using , hooks, and modern design principles.
  • Design and maintain MongoDB collections and queries.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
  • Work closely with designers, senior developers, and product managers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and perform unit testing to maintain stable and reliable applications.
  • Keep up to date with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in the MERN ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, , , and
  • Good understanding of React hooks, context API, and component architecture.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and handling authentication (JWT, OAuth).
  • Familiarity with MongoDB design, schema optimization, and queries.
  • Proficient with Git and Git-based workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Experience deploying applications on Vercel, AWS, or using Docker.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred (but not required) Skills:

  • Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools like Vite or
  • Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client/Server.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
