Automationelites is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
E-commerce Virtual Assistant
to support our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with online sellers to streamline their Amazon, eBay, and Walmart operations. From optimizing product listings to managing inventory and providing responsive customer support, your contribution will directly impact client growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Research:
  Identify profitable product opportunities and analyze market trends to support business growth.
• Listing Optimization:
  Develop compelling, SEO-driven product listings that improve visibility and conversions.
• Order & Inventory Management:
  Monitor stock levels, manage reorders, and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Customer Support:
  Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and help maintain excellent store ratings.
• Reporting & Insights:
  Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an e-commerce assistant or in a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
