*Key Responsibilities*
-Manage daily office administration tasks to ensure smooth functioning.
-Maintain and update client files, documents, and records accurately.
-Assist consultants with preparing visa files, checking documents, and coordinating appointments.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
-Coordinate with clients for submission of required documents.
-Manage office supplies, inventories, and vendor coordination.
-Prepare letters, reports, and basic documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
Assist finance team with basic administrative support (e.g., maintaining receipts, logging payments).
Requirements / Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Prior experience in administration or front-desk role (experience in visa/immigration industry is a plus).
Strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and punctual.
Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively.
Professional and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
