Business Developer Trainee

Job description

The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate or an early-career professional (up to 3 months of experience) from a Computer Science or Business background, eager to pursue a career in Business Development. The role focuses on LinkedIn outreach as a core expertise while providing exposure to other professional platforms. Full training will be provided, and high-performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into permanent Business Developer positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Well-found, and others.
• Research target markets, industries, and decision-makers to create prospect lists.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and follow-up messages for prospective clients.
• Track and report progress on outreach and lead generation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• 0- 3 months of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and a keen interest in professional networking.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

• CRM tools (HubSpot, Trello, Apollo – nice to have)
• Proposal writing and client communication
• Basic understanding of IT staffing models (preferred)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Office Timings: 12pm – 9pm
