About the Internship

This is a
paid, full-time internship
designed to train you for permanent roles in:

  • Customer Service / CSR
  • Dispatch & Order Coordination

High-performing interns will be
offered full-time employment
with salary increase after successful completion.

What You Will Learn

We will train you to become a professional with skills in:

  • Customer communication (Phone, WhatsApp, Chat)
  • Order management & booking coordination
  • Assigning technicians in real time
  • Customer satisfaction & conflict resolution
  • CRM and dashboard usage
  • Reporting and documentation

Key Responsibilities

During the internship, you will:

  • Assist customers via phone and live chat
  • Record bookings and assign technicians
  • Follow up with customers and service teams
  • Log updates accurately in our system
  • Handle basic complaints professionally
  • Highlight urgent issues to team leads
