Job Description:
- Conduct analysis of fertilizers and micronutrients for quality control
- Supervise team for lab efficient functioning
- Ensure quality assurance at the production level
- Develop customized nutrient recipes (single & blended) for various crops
- Stay up-to-date with fertilizer-related laws, rules, and compliance standards
- Handle product registrations with government agencies
- Coordinate and liaise with regulatory and other functionaries
- Maintain laboratory standards for annual PNAC audit
Degree Title: M.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture Soil Sciences or equivalent
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in Seed Production
