Job Description

IJ Technologies is hiring an experienced Amazon Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business with a focus on FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and Dropshipping. The candidate must have 4–5 years of proven experience in complete Amazon account management, from product research to order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon seller account operations (A–Z).
  • Conduct product hunting, sourcing, and keyword research.
  • Create and optimize product listings with SEO strategies.
  • Manage FBA shipments and oversee dropshipping processes.
  • Monitor account health, sales performance, and inventory.
  • Handle orders, returns, customer queries, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon accounts.
  • Strong expertise in FBA and Dropshipping.
  • Complete knowledge of Amazon operations: product hunting, listing, inventory, orders, and customer service.
  • Excellent understanding of Amazon policies and compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
