Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, facilitating student admissions, assisting with visa processes, and offering post-departure support. Day-to-day tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing and participating in educational seminars and exhibitions, and maintaining relationships with partner institutions.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Education
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using counseling and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
