Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with our brand. This role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Translate concepts into user-friendly interfaces with high-quality UI design.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI style guides.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • [Optional: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.]
