We are looking for a **dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Female Sales Agent** who can actively engage with potential patients over phone calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to ensure maximum patient conversions.

**Key Responsibilities:***

Make outbound calls to potential patients from clinic leads and inquiries.

* Explain clinic services, treatment options, and offers in a persuasive yet professional manner.

* Handle patient queries on phone and WhatsApp with accuracy and courtesy.

* Build trust and maintain relationships with patients to ensure follow-ups and appointment confirmations.

* Convert maximum leads into appointments through effective communication and convincing skills.

* Maintain patient database, record conversations, and track conversions.

* Achieve monthly conversion targets set by management.

* Collaborate with the reception and marketing team for smooth patient flow.

**Requirements:***

Female candidate, preferably

**graduated in Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare background**.

* Prior experience in *

*sales, telemarketing, call center, or healthcare sector*

* will be a strong advantage.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills in *

*English and Urdu**.

* Pleasant personality with confidence to deal with diverse patients.*

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
