Key Responsibilities

Monitor live and recorded calls to assess quality, compliance, and service delivery.

Evaluate agent performance and adherence to processes and scripts.

Provide detailed feedback and coaching to agents and team leads.

Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the Training team to resolve them.

Document quality findings and present performance insights to management.

Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

At least 6 month experience as a QA Executive in a BPO environment.

Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.

Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.

Ability to coach constructively and motivate for performance improvement.

Understanding of call center KPIs, compliance standards, and QA frameworks.
