We're seeking a highly skilled and creative designer to join our team. As a Creative Designer, you'll be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and visual elements for various mediums, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating engaging content that meets our brand's high standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop design concepts and visual elements for digital and print mediums, ensuring consistency with our brand identity. 2. Collaborate with teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet expectations. 3. Create high-quality designs that adhere to brand guidelines and exceed project goals. 4. Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual content. 5. Design and produce captivating video content, including: - Hooking video content that grabs attention - Engaging stories that resonate with our audience - Behind-the-scenes (BTS) content that showcases our creative process - Sneak peeks that build anticipation and excitement 6. Demonstrate good handling of camera equipment to capture high-quality visuals for our content. 7. Design and produce graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials. Requirements: - 1+ years of experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. - Good understanding of typography, color, and layout. - Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX is a plus.
