We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead) with extensive experience in WebForms, .NET Core, and front-end technologies like Angular to join and lead our development team. The ideal candidate will manage and guide a team of developers while overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications. This role involves taking ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality code and delivery on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using WebForms and .NET Core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and performance optimization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance.
  • Ensure best practices in project management, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies for continuous improvement of applications and team skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer and Team Lead with Web Forms and .NET Core.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Solid experience in managing teams, project planning, and delivering projects on time.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage team performance under tight deadlines.
