Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager, located in Lahore. The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations in the designated zone, develop and implement sales strategies, manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities will also include analyzing market trends, ensuring targets are met, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The role demands strong leadership and the ability to drive results while adhering to the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management
- Experience in market analysis, target setting, and implementation of sales strategies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the food and beverage or FMCG industry will be advantageous
