We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 
WordPress Developer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing custom themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and maintaining secure, scalable WordPress websites. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to create high-performing websites that support our digital goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Implement responsive UI/UX designs into functional WordPress websites.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and troubleshoot cross-browser and device compatibility issues.
  • Customize and configure WordPress core features, WooCommerce, and other plugins.
  • Maintain security and ensure ongoing updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to implement new features or enhancements.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of proven experience in WordPress development.
  • Proficient in 
    PHP
    , 
    HTML5
    , 
    CSS3
    , 
    JavaScript
    , and 
    MySQL
    .
  • Experience with 
    custom theme
     and 
    plugin development
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    page builders
     (e.g., Elementor, Gutenberg).
  • Understanding of 
    REST API
    , 
    JSON
    , and integrating external APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems like 
    Git
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    WordPress architecture
    , 
    hooks
    , and 
    filters
    .
  • Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with 
    WooCommerce
     is a plus.
