About the Job

We are building an AI assistant (like ChatGPT) to help our nurses and staff with patient care, hospice rules, and agency procedures. We need a skilled React Developer to create the user-friendly interface that our team will use to interact with this AI. If you love building intuitive web applications and want to make a difference in healthcare, this role is for you

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop the frontend of our AI assistant using React.
  • Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Connect the frontend to backend APIs to fetch and display information from the AI.
  • Work with designers and healthcare experts to ensure the interface is easy to use and meets the needs of our staff.
  • Test the application to fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to integrate AI features seamlessly.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • Strong experience in React (including hooks, context, and modern best practices).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to connect frontend applications to them.
  • Experience with version control (like Git).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

It's a Plus If You Have

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries (like Redux or MobX).
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.).
  • Any background or interest in healthcare or AI.
