Virtesys is looking for Project Co-Ordinator (Paperwork Review & Quality Assurance) to work full time for a US Based Facilities Services Clients

Education:

Graduate / Intermediate / A-Levels.

GOOD ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS A MUST

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing and verifying project-related paperwork
  • Conducting quality checks on submitted documents
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance in reports
  • Communicating clearly with internal teams and clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience with paperwork (ideally in Facility Maintenance or a related field)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or document control is a plus

Immediate availability preferred

Night Shift: 6pm to 3am
