Role Overview

We are seeking a
creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager
to develop, manage, and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills (especially on Canva), a solid grasp of social media trends, and the ability to work with various digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish
    engaging content
    for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, posts, and stories using
    Canva
    (or similar design tools).
  • Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay updated with
    social media trends
    and integrate them into the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the outreach and admissions team to support campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Manage basic video editing and multimedia content creation.
  • Utilize digital tools and software for social media automation, analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience
    as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong
    Canva skills
    (knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
  • Familiarity with
    social media management tools
    (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and visual communication skills.
