Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, machinery, and factory equipment.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor and maintain electrical panels, motors, generators, UPS, HVAC systems, and factory lighting.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
  • Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose faults and provide immediate technical solutions to minimize production loss.
  • Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E / B.Sc. Electrical).
  • 2–5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing setup (textile, garments, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
