Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven SEO & AEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies that enhance both traditional search visibility and AI-driven discoverability ensuring brands are visible not just on Google, but also in AI-powered search and conversational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct keyword and question-based research for both SEO and AEO optimization.

* Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility and authority.

* Structure content for AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to improve answer inclusion.

* Optimize website content, meta tags, and schema for search and AI overviews.

* Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.

* Build and manage backlinks through outreach and guest posting.

* Track and report performance through Google Search Console, Analytics, and AI citation tools.

* Stay updated with the latest SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, and AI-driven search trends.

* Collaborate with writers and designers to develop SEO- and AEO-optimized landing pages.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).

* Understanding of Google ranking factors, schema markup, and structured data for AEO.

* Familiarity with tools like Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

* Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and web analytics.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Curiosity and passion for emerging AI trends and automation in search.
