Job Description:

We are looking for polite, attentive, and customer-focused Waiters to join our team. The role requires providing excellent table service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
  • Respond to customer queries and requests politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Cooperate with kitchen and other staff to provide smooth service.
  • Handle billing and payment processes when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good personal grooming and hygiene.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
