We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and seamless project execution. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:


• Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong, lasting relationships.


• Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively offer solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Project Management:


• Lead and coordinate client projects from brief to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.


• Oversee the development of creative briefs, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project workflows.

Strategic Planning:


• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define goals, strategy, and campaign objectives.


• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations that align with client goals.

Collaboration & Communication:


• Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables.


• Provide regular updates to clients on project status and manage expectations effectively.

Financial Management:


• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial scope.


• Track account profitability and identify growth opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising agency environment.


• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage multiple projects.


• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
