Job Description:

Beacon Excellence Academy (BEA), a leading institution dedicated to academic excellence and student success, is seeking a
skilled and result-driven OET Instructor
to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing healthcare professionals for the Occupational English Test (OET) and a proven track record of helping students achieve their required scores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and structured OET preparation classes (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
• Assess student performance through mock tests and provide detailed feedback.
• Provide personalized strategies to help healthcare professionals achieve their target scores.
• Stay up to date with the latest OET test pattern and integrate updates into lessons.
• Utilize authentic OET resources and practice materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Guide students through the OET test registration process when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience teaching OET.
• In-depth knowledge of the OET test structure, scoring system, and updated exam trends.
• Proven track record of helping students achieve a
  B grade or higher
  in OET.
• Access to authentic OET resources and practice tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• OET certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must be available to teach between
  6:00 PM and 8:00 PM
  .
• Location: Lahore (on-site role) & online.
