Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas using traditional techniques, ensuring consistency, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. If you have a love for crafting delicious pizzas and experience working with dough, sauces, and toppings, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stretch, and shape pizza dough to perfection
• Create and cook pizzas using traditional and modern techniques
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve desired results
• Prep ingredients daily, including slicing meats, chopping vegetables, grating cheese, and making sauces
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety regulations
• Experiment with new recipes and toppings to enhance the menu
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Maker
• Familiarity with different pizza styles including Hand-tossing techniques
• Ability to work with high-temperature ovens
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate, Culinary training or hands-on experience of 2 years in pizza making
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Creativity in developing new pizza recipes
