About the Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role requires a full-stack approach to video production — from recording high-quality footage to performing complete post-production editing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form social content, with the flexibility to also work on podcast video editing in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, shoot, and manage video content for social media, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Handle the entire editing process — cutting, color grading, sound mixing, visual effects, and motion graphics where required.
- Create engaging, trend-driven, and high-quality video content tailored for maximum social media reach and engagement.
- Work on podcast video recording and editing (planned for later phases).
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
- Stay up to date with modern AI tools and editing technologies to enhance workflows, increase efficiency, and improve video quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects while maintaining the brand's visual and creative standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor with a strong portfolio of social media content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools (e.g., AI color correction, captioning tools, sound enhancement, motion graphics automation).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual creativity.
- Experience with lighting, audio setup, and camera operation for in-house shoots.
- Ability to adapt content for multiple platforms and audiences.
- A self-starter with attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Based in Karachi and available for a full-time, on-site role.
