We are looking for experienced IT Support Officer for our office in Jhelum. As an IT technical support officer, you'll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems, either over the phone or in person.

Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and provide user support.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Manage user accounts, profiles, and password resets.

Support system upgrades and rollouts of new applications.

Maintain databases of IT equipment and employee credentials.

Provide technical support during company events.

Conduct regular safety checks on IT equipment.

Collaborate with staff and external professionals to resolve issues efficiently.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, security, networking (LAN/WLAN), and server administration.

Experience in installation, repair, and troubleshooting.

Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Effective communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks.
