About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and skilled
Electroplating Supervisor
to manage our electroplating setup. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in metal plating and must be able to handle production, chemicals, and plating quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily work of the electroplating unit.
• Run plating processes such as
  Nickel-Free, Gunmetal, Antique, Golden Finish
  , etc.
• Check and maintain the correct chemical levels in tanks.
• Make sure items are plated properly and on time.
• Keep chemical and material stock updated.
• Solve small technical problems related to plating machines or quality.
• Guide helpers/operators working in the unit.
• Maintain accurate records of work and adhere to all safety rules.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years
  of work experience in electroplating (metal/plastic trims preferred).
• Knowledge of plating machines, tanks, and chemicals.
• Can manage a small team and meet production timelines.
• Matric/Intermediate or Technical Diploma preferred.
• Responsible and detail-oriented.
