Soft Nation Techologies is looking for Jr Social Media Executive- Female to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Timings: 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Executive (Female) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing brand presence across multiple social media platforms, execute content strategies, and engage with audiences to build a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing daily social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Support in creating engaging and brand-aligned content (graphics, captions, reels, stories)
  • Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and scheduling
  • Monitor page performance, track insights, and prepare basic analytics reports
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and maintain brand tone
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content performance
  • Help with social media ad campaigns and audience targeting under supervision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media for brands or e-commerce businesses
  • Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Creative mindset with strong communication and writing skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
